I have my work cut out for me.

Yeah. Fun work, shall I say. I have taken up the task of updating xBlaze(http://xBlaze.co.uk) to OpenFire-C. Hopefully I can do this and then I'll finally be able to use xBlaze again with AdiumX! (http://adiumx.com) Plus I made and am still fine-tuning an automatic kitty feeder for my cat. Made out of a soda can, run by my programmable AVR chip.

Let's see... What else? Finals week! There are not many finals for me this semester. Just two, on friday. But I still have to study! Easy stuff. Plus I've been doing a bit of website work here and there. Enough to keep me busy. Oh yes, and of course, I decided to start learning the Halo theme song on guitar. Haha, going to take a while. :)

Until next time!

I have seen what I shall call "Awesome".

So tonight I went and saw this film that was in the film festival called "The Way Bobby Sees It". I love mountain biking and this film was inspirational to me. It is about a mountain biker named Bobby McMullen who is blind and still rides the trails. I recommend this movie to anyone and everyone. It compares its self up to the Warren Miller skii films simply because of the awe factor of what Bobby does. Bobby was at this showing and talked to us, too. What an amazing and inspiring person.

Hahahaha

Ok ok so last night my girlfriend and I went into the city. First wit hit up haight street (birthplace of acid and at one point weed-capital of the united states... fun!) Was pretty awesome. My first time going there and now I see why she likes it so much. Weed stores too. One of them sells salvia. Haha! Anyways, after that we went up to twin peaks and saw the whole city. It's always foggy so you usually can't see it! Keep in mind it was night time so it was all lit up. Very cool. Here's the ...most fun part? Sarcasm there. But at least it was an adventure. So basically we were looking for this night club to check out tickets for a concertish there next friday. We knew what street it was on but just couldn't locate it! We literally drove in circles for an hour and a half before we got directions and finally made it there. By then we were so annoyed that when it came time to drive home, we accidentally turned backwards onto a fat one-way street! And would you know we had a nice big truck and two cars staring down our noses. We fail so hard sometimes. :) At least we made it out alive!

Selling shirts

Hey again, I have a little bit of news. My friend and I have been working on a little something to earn some money. Based him his ideas I've created a website to sell shirts. It's pretty neat and we're adding a new shirt every day. Of course, this will slow down after about a week, until there are a decent amount of shirts. Tell me what you think.

O! Hai!

Well wow I totally forgot about this blog! Interesting... I deleted all the old posts 'cause they were old and retarded and there was only a few. Now I've decided to start this back up again and with some cool stuff.

I started to learn circuitry a couple weeks ago! My first project is making a railgun. Basically I'm using a disposable flash camera's charging circuit to charge up a decent sized bank of capacitors. Upon charging, they will be discharged down rails and through an aluminum projectile. The projectile will encase a material like steel, which melts at a much hotter temperature. When the capacitors discharge it should vaporize the aluminum encasing and create a magnetic field, accelerating the piece of steel along its rails.

But there's a catch! I'm also making this railgun a turret! using pots (variable resistors) and servo motors I will be able to control it. Another +: I will be mounting a small camera on it as a sight so that I can properly and accurately aim it.

Wish me luck!

In other news... school is awesome and easy. Possibly for college I'll be doing digital arts. I have my eyes set on one college. We will see!

:)
